There is no limit of entries per person. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Entries that are incomplete, contain irregular or invalid information, or are corrupted or void and will not be accepted. All Entries will be published on the FINDitLOCALNow.com/BLOG. Entries must be created by the person who submitted the entry.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner(s). There are no prize substitution or options. Sponsor is not responsible for Internet, computer hardware and software, phone, and other technical errors, malfunctions, and delays. Release of Liability and Issues of Law: By participating in this Promotion, you release the FINDitLOCALNow.com from any and all liability with respect to and in any way arising from participating in this Promotion

All Federal, state and local laws and regulations are applicable. THE COLORADO COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE CONTEST AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF COLORADO SHALL GOVERN THE PROMOTION. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THOSE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMIT TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS.
