Alpine Bank Mortgage features an automated home loan underwriting system that, in most cases, will provide you with a lending decision within 24 hours of receipt of your completed mortgage application! For mortgage or construction loans that require traditional underwriting, we have experienced local underwriters who understand the western Colorado market and who are better able to make quick lending decisions than someone from out of the area.

We have many programs to meet your individual needs, from conventional loans to first-time buyer programs with down payment assistance (CHFA, VA/FHA).  Additionally, we offer Jumbo, Super-Jumbo and energy-rated home loans.
