The Hand Cut Steaks melt in your mouth. The aroma can be tasted prior to the cooked to order cuts arriving. Shrimp, Lobster, and Crab are all flown in fresh daily along with choice cuts of Premium Grade Sushi. Banquets and Catering Serivces are available. An Eclectic Sushi Experience awaits your palate. Adam, the Head Sushi Chef, Classically Trained in French Cuisine and finishing with Traditional Japanese Cuisine, promises a wide range of tastes for your enjoyment. There are 80 Sushi Offerings, 15 exclusive to Herefords.

Operating Principal Frank Coley and Manager Steve Gonzales await with "hands on" care for your evening out. The dining area seats over 100, and the patio overlooks the Bookcliffs. All wines are graded a score of 88 or highe by Wine Enthusiast or Wine Spectator. Your choice of 30 Vodkas, 30 Tequilas, 40 Whiskey, Scotch, and Bourbon Pairings await you. Beer from the tap, or by the bottle, is always ice cold.
